Undo the Velcro fasteners of the storage space cover and lift it.

Use the toggle fasteners to fix the cover on the roof of the cabin.
»
Pack larger items such as bags, toys or coats in the storage space.

Close the cover carefully.
Using the pouch on the outside
»
Put those utensils into the pouch for small items which
you want to have readily to hand while you are on the road.
»
If necessary, open the top toggle fasteners and unroll the splash water cover.
»
Fix the splash water cover using the toggle fasteners on the side and underneath.
Using the pouch on the inside
»
Put the children’s drinking bottles or toys into the pouch for small items in the cabin’s foot space.

Embarking the children
Preparing the cabin

Apply the parking brake to secure the
Sportrex
in order to prevent it from rolling away.
»
Loosen both belt locks of the cover and unfold them completely.
»
Adjust the safety harnesses to the number of children, see
Mid sitting position (Sportrex2)
on page 26.

Open the safety harnesses required:
–
Release the harness catch by pressing
the pushbutton.
–
Pull the two tabs out of the belt buckle.
–
Loosen the small locks which fix the belt
cushions in place.
Placing the children
»
Put a suitable bicycle helmet on children or use the optional available head rests.
»
Let the children get in one after the other, or lift them into the cabin.
»
If necessary, adjust the head rests by securing them to the seats at a
different height with the Velcro strips.
