ESPRESSO PREPARATION
1. Preheat the Espresso Machine. See section «preheating the espresso machine”.
2. Remove the handle/filter holder (14) by turning counterclockwise and place the desired
coffee dose using the measuring spoon and tamper (16) and press the coffee on the filter
with the back side of the spoon.
• Never press the coffee too firmly as it will come out slowly and this will affect its
color and flavor. If you press too lightly, the coffee will flow very quickly and will
become light.
3. Place the handle/filter holder (14) by turning clockwise. Ensure that the handle/filter holder
snaps firmly to the «lock» position.
4. Remove hot water from the cup and re-place the warm cup into the removable cup holder
tray (5).
5. When the coffee On/Off button (1) stops blinking, press the coffee button (2).
6. When the desired amount of coffee is flowed in the cup, press the coffee button (2) again
to stop the process.
7. When you are finished, press the coffee On/Off button (1) and remove the plug from the
socket.
8. Remove the filter handle/filter holder (14) by turning counterclockwise and allow to cool
before emptying the coffee filter.
9. Once the filter handle (14) and filter (15) have cooled down, lift the fuse (18) to snap to the
end of the filter and drain coffee from the filter.

After each use, empty the water tank and wash the handle/filter holder and filter. See
«Care and cleaning».
Notes:
• Do not use very finely ground coffee as it may clog the filters.
• During operation, if the coffee On/Off indicator light goes off, you should close
