2. ASSEMBLE YOUR ELECTRIC
BALANCE BIKE
You should have the following
parts: Box end wrench, 4mm
Hex key, 5mm Hex key, Foot
rest platform (x1), Screw (x2),
Washer (x2).
Put handlebar on the stem and
adjust the angle.
Remove front cap from
handlebar stem.
Secure the stem cap by
threading the screws in an
alternating diagonal pattern.
Ensure that the handlebars are
at the proper angle and tighten
fully.
Assemble Your Electric Balance Bike
Assemble front wheel to the
fork.
Assemble secondary
retention washer on front
wheel axle and hook onto
lower hole of the front fork.
Tighten screw nut using the
box end wrench.
Shown above: secondary
retention washer for front
wheel.
Align the foot rest platform and secure with the washers and
screws using the 4mm Hex key.
Loosen the seat clamp to
adjust seat height. After
adjustment, tighten the seat
clamp using the 5mm Hex key.
