1.  Prior to commencing assembly, check that SeaGo™ is set in the disengaged position. SeaGo™ is set in

the disengaged position when the Slider Bolts are positioned to the right of the Slots. Refer Diagram 1.

2.  If SeaGo™ is set in the engaged position, insert the Handle into the Spindle and rotate clock-wise. Refer

Diagram 2.

3.  Take the Mounts and the Cross Bar and join together. Loosely tighten the nuts, as you will be required

to adjust these later. Refer Diagram 3.

4.  Clip the Power Movers onto the Quick Release Mounts as per Diagram 4. This can be achieved by tilting

the back of the Power Mover upwards and slotting the tongue on the Carrier Body into the slot on the
Quick Release Mount. Once it is slotted in, lower the rear of the Power Mover. There is no need at this
stage to insert the Retaining Pin. Refer Diagram 7.

5.  Fit the Upper and Lower Brackets as per Diagram 5, using the bolts, nuts and washers supplied. Loosely

tighten the nuts, as you will be required to adjust these later.

6.  Place the Motor and Cross Bar Assembly (Diagram 4) on a mat and drag under the Boat Trailer with the

Rollers facing the wheels.

7.  Tape the 20mm Spacers to the Rollers at centre axis point.
8.  Raise one motor at a time and loosely connect the Quick Release Mount with the U-Bolt onto the Lower

Bracket so that the centre axis of the Roller is level with the centre axis of the Wheel (Refer Diagram 8)
Repeat for the other side. (The Lower Bracket has a number of connection points that will allow you to
raise or lower the Power Mover to align it with centre axis of the Wheel (Refer Diagram 6)

9.  If you are unable to ideally align the Rollers with the centre axis of the Wheel you can use the Lower

Brackets Spacers supplied. (Not illustrated)

10. Move the Top Plate and Lower Bracket simultaneously so that the Spacer attached to the Roller is tight

against the tyre.

11. If you are unable to ideally position the Rollers with the 20mm Spacer attached hard against the wheel

you can use the U-Bolt Spacers supplied.

12. Once in position tighten all Bolts and Nuts.
13. Fit the retaining Pin to the Power Mover.
