Step 4:
Assemble the handle by affixing the handle legs together to form an arch. Make sure the
locking snap pin fits securely into the hole. DO NOT insert bolts into the rear legs on the trampoline
until the Handle has been secured.
Place the handle arch in between the Frame Legs. Make sure that each of these is separated with 2
spacers.
NOTE: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THESE NUTS BEFORE
ALL FRAME LEGS
ARE ASSEMBLED
IN STEP 6.
As shown in Fig 4, insert the Long Bolts through the square shaped holes and tighten using a washer
and nut. Repeat this step for the other end of the handle arch, again ensuring that 2 spacers are
used.

Grab Handle Arch - Female (Part D/F) and Handle
Arch - Male (Part D/M) and connect them to form
the arch handle. The Handle Arch - Male, has a
snap button that must be pressed and pushed
when sliding into the Handle Arch -Female like
diagram shown. You will hear a “click” when the
button has properly locked into the hole.
To avoid pinching when in use, push foams into
each other at the top of the arches to cover
completely the connecting area.

- Spacers
To
start you will
connect
the
trampoline legs and
arch legs in the front of the trampoline
where the
handlebar will go.
Please review diagram shown
for placement of handle, spacers and legs.
Make sure to insert the Bolt into Frame Leg with
Square Opening to keep part secure and in place,
with remainder of bolt sticking out from Frame Leg
with Round Opening once all parts are in order.
This will allow you to place the Washer and Nut
properly.
NOTE:
You might need another adult to help you in this
section. The tension from the Jumping Mat will
make it difficult for parts to stay in place. Having
someone to hold all the parts together while
installing the legs can be helpful. Do not tighten
Nuts until beginning of step 6. This will avoid too
much tension on legs.
