Assembly

Tools required: 5mm hex wrench, 10mm wrench

Handlebar Assembly

NOTE : The gap between the clamps (A&B) should be the same on both sides of the handlebar.

Tools required: Air/tire pump

air pressure maybe lost between the manufacture date and your

purchase date.

Using a hand pump with a Schrader-type valve and pressure gauge 

not recommended to use pressurized system similar to the ones found 

have much higher air capacity volumes.

INFLATION

tires to the recommended PSI called out on the tires. Replace the 

valve caps.

ENSURE ALL TIRES ARE AT THE CORRECT PSI

BEFORE RIDING THE QUAD.

WARNING:

 It is important to routinely check and maintain 

tire pressure as this directly impacts the safety and performance 

damage to the tires or the wheels.

REAR TIRE PSI: 30 MAX

1. Align handlebars vertically and horizontally 

onto clamps (A&B). Install the 4 clamp bolts 

5mm hex wrench (E) and 10mm wrench (F).

(C) and lock nuts (D) and hand tighten.

2. Tighten bolts evenly and securely with a

applying pressure before riding, handlebars

should not move backwards or forwards.
