SSID:

devices through broadcast. The name displayed in
―View available
wireless networks‖ under Windows is a SSID.
Hide SSID:
If you don’t want wireless network to be searched by
other users via SSID name, then you’d better prohibit SSID
broadcast. As a result, your wireless network will not appear in the
searched wireless network list but it is still available, you only need
to manually add it to the list.
BSSID
