programmed so that the caller is directed to an alternative destination (please

Music on hold can be played during a hunt group call in the instances set out
below.

Music on hold can be played for any hunt group (
standard
and
comfort
) if
a group member temporarily parks an accepted hunt group call, puts the
current call on hold or goes to seek a further consultation.
●
Music on hold can also be played in a
comfort hunt group
while a caller is
parked in the call queue.
What music on hold is used?
The particular music on hold used depends on the companies configured in
the communications system. The setting as to which music on hold is to be
used is included in a company's specific configuration. For details about
configuring companies, please refer to the chapter entitled
As a general rule, the music on hold of a company that is assigned to the
incoming call /hunt group call (subscriber A) is used for the
Consultation
,
Hold
or
Park
functions in a hunt group call.

In the case of an
external
hunt group call, the company is assigned on the
basis of the bundle /SIP line via which the external call (subscriber A)
comes in.
●
In the case of an
internal
hunt group call, the company is assigned on the
basis of the user group to which the internal caller (subscriber A) belongs.
In the case of a
comfort hunt group
, the music on hold used for the
call
queue
is based on the company to which the comfort hunt group call number
called (subscriber B) belongs.
