Automatic Call Recording
Configuration
The configuration settings specified in this chapter are required to enable the
communications system to automatically record calls.
Configuring Call distribution
Automatic call recording is activated in the call distribution per trunk line and
per direction (incoming and outgoing calls) with the
Auto recording
setting.
Incoming and outgoing calls are recorded as long as a connection is active via
the called or occupied call number.
Note:
It is not possible to configure call distribution for point-to-point
connections via the Q.SIG, Q.SIG-IP or SIP Tie Line protocols. As
such, calls via point-to-point connections of these types cannot
be recorded.
Example: Configuration page “Call distribution: Incoming”
Time groups
If multiple time groups are configured, automatic call recording can be
activated separately for each time group. With this set-up, you can set certain
periods during which calls are not recorded (e.g. outside a service period
defined for consultations).
