Phone book
: You open the Forum 500 / Forum 5000 phone book and
can call one of the subscribers listed there (see also the chapter

: Your call number is not transmitted to the caller for
the subsequent (internal or external) conversation. This menu
entry depends on the system settings.

: Your call number is transmitted to the caller for the
subsequent (external or internal) conversation. This menu entry
depends on the system settings.

: LCR is switched off for the following conversation.

Booking number
: You can use a booking number to record the call data
from a telephone call with an external subscriber and save this
data for further analysis in the Forum 500 / Forum 5000.
Booking numbers can be useful for an office wanting to, for
example, calculate the costs (fees accruing and time spent) of
conversations with clients.

Remote dial…
: You can also conduct a dial-out for another terminal.
Device-ID
: Enter the device-ID: of the terminal for which the
dialling is to be conducted. For information on the device
IDs available, contact your system administrator.

(Destination): Enter the call number to be called.

: Activates or deactivates the function.
The next time the subscriber whose device ID you entered picks
up the handset, (or when using a headset, presses the headset’s
talk key), the saved destination call number will be dialled auto-
matically. This programmed number remains saved for
30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the dial-out will be deactivated
automatically. To manually deactivate the dial-out beforehand,
use the
Off
option.
