“Conversation” Status Menu
You are in a phone call and you
have not
dialled an internal enquiry call. Press
the programmed
Menu >>>
key, then select one of the following menu
entries.
Park call
: You park the call. To do so, enter the
Park-ID
. The system offers the
next available parking spot (0-9, * or #). For more information please refer to
the chapter
Hold
: The subscriber is put on hold.
Door opener
: This activates the door opener.
Call recording
: You start a call recording session. You will only see this menu
entry if the system administrator has enabled the function “Call recording” for
you (see the chapter
Disconnect
: This disconnects the current connection.
Intercept
: The call numbers of “malicious callers” can be saved in your
network operator’s exchange (if this service is enabled). The function is also
possible if the caller has already hung up!
“Calling...” Status Menu
You have dialled a call number, but the called subscriber has not yet accepted
the call. Press the programmed
Menu >>>
key, then select the following
menu entry.
Disconnect
: This disconnects the current connection.
“Busy” Status Menu
You have dialled a call number, the called subscriber is busy. Press the
programmed
Menu >>>
key, then select one of the following menu entries.
Callback
: You leave your call-back request with a busy internal subscriber
(not possible for hunt group numbers).
VIP call
*: Your call is acoustically signalled to called internal busy subscribers,
even if they have activated their call waiting protection, call protection or call
forwarding (only possible on system terminals).
(*: Not possible if there are already two active calls.)
