MAINTENANCE OF THE ELECTRIC NOZZLE
1. Disconnect the power plug.
2. Remove potential set in hairs and carpet fibers with the crevice nozzle.
BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE ELECTRIC NOZZLE
Use of the electric nozzle
The electric nozzle is suitable especially for the maintenance of severely strained carpets and
carpet-floors (e.g. at walkways), but also for cushions and mattresses. Of course you can also
vacuum clean hard floors with the electric nozzle.
First, switch off your room cleaning system to use the electric nozzle. Put the cable of the
electric tube into the appropriate connection (see component parts).
Turn the room cleaning system back on. Activate the unlocking mechanism and tilt the
telescope tube. The engine starts automatically now. If you bring the telescope tube back
into vertical position, the engine will turn off.
Electrical nozzle overload protection
A resetable overload fuse automatically deactivates the motor for its own safety if overloading
occurs as a result of blocking of the brush roller, bulky foreign bodies or knotting of carpet
fringes.
The red warning lamp is illuminated as a result. In cases where this occurs, please proceed
as follows::
• Switch off the electrical nozzle and pull the mains plug of the vivenso room cleaning system
out of the socket.
• Remedy the cause of the error, clean the brush roller if necessary.
• Afterwards you can put your device back into operation.
