but do not work.
About the keyboard and mouse issue, please try these steps first:
Please fully charge your product first.
Regarding the 2.4G wireless connection way, please unplug and replug the
USB receiver into the USB port.
Regarding the Bluetooth connection way, please delete the keyboard Blue

tooth from your computer Bluetooth connection history, restart and re-pair.
Have you tried to connect the keyboard and mouse to other computers, will it
work properly?
