Nature can be used with the neck wings
placed inside the chair, behind the user’s back and with the
side wings hanging down the side of the chair. This contains
the body, without the user feeling the weight of the wings,
which may be a good start.
When the user is wearing the neck wings, the care
staff/helper may apply light pressure to the shoulder area
to increase the sensory stimulation in the shoulders.
