// MOUNTING THE HANDLEBAR
Remove the ahead cap and the transport lock from the
steerer tube. Put the stem/handlebar unit onto the steerer tube. Place the ahead cap on top of the stem and tighten the bolt
with an hex key just enough to eliminate any play in the
headset.
Tighten the bolts on the stem, starting with the top bolt.
Tighten both bolts with 8 Nm.
Center the handlebars.
