Problem
It is impossible to switch on the tablet.
Possible causes Possible remedies
- Low battery.
- ON/OFF switch off. - Move the switch from
OFF to ON.
- The ALESSITAB² key was kept
pressed too shortly.
- Keep the ALESSITAB² key
pressed for at least 2 seconds.
13 Declaration of conformity CE
The AASTRA S.p.A. company, seated in Via Donat Cattin n. 20, in
Cernusco S/N (Milano), herewith declares that the AlessiTab product
is compliant with the basic requirements and the other relevant
provisions, as established by the R&TTE Directive 1999/5/EC.
In particular, the product meets the basic requirements of the Europe-
an Directives 2004/108/EC (EMC – Electromagnetic compatibility) and
2006/95/CE (LVD – Low Voltage DIrective).
The conformity with the above requirements is expressed by the marking
released by TÜV Rheinland Group.

14 Troubleshooting

- Recharge the battery.
Verify that the LED on the tablet
is red, once the battery is fully
charged the LED turns green.
