ASSEMBLY

To assemble and mount the BL01 is very simple. First, you will connect the standoffs to the body of
the main plate. Take (1) plastic insert and bolt set and with your fingers begin to screw the standoff
into (1) of the (8) holes on the front bottom of the pack. We suggest you start on the lowest hole as
shown below. The front side of the main plate features (2) rubber strips. Attach the second screw and
standoff directly across from the fist installed standoff. Snug both bolts with the supplied Allen key. Do
not over-tighten or you may crack the plastic.

Next, attach the clamp. If it hasn’t been installed already, attach the D-Screw by threading it into the
top slot from the front side of the main body. The screw must get installed through the threaded top of
the throat area before being able to become captive and slide up/down freely. Once installed, attach
the clamp to the main body from the rear. The BL01 has been designed to allow the clamp to open
fully with over 2.10 in. / 53mm of total travel to fit virtually anything you may encounter. The main body
of the BL01 has been designed with a lip to allow some wiggle movement of the clamp but never
allowing it rotate completely off.

Your rig should be taking
shape and appear similar
to the photos. Now lets
install the Velcro supports.
We have supplied you with 2 long and 2 short pieces to fit most gear on the
market today. Select the length you feel fits your gear best. Begin with the male
Velcro printed with ProMediaGear facing away from you and on your left side.
Slide the first Velcro piece through the top slot from behind and pull through
(Image 04). Next, push the Velcro through the plastic slot on the Velcro strap.
(Image 05) This will secure the Velcro in place on the right side of the main body.
Repeat for the bottom right slot. (Image 05) Now start with the top Velcro, go
around your gear and into the slot on the opposite side. (Image 06)  Go inside
the aluminum rung and then back toward your gear to lock it down securely.
Repeat this step for the other Velcro strap. (Image 06)
