10. Now generate a MAXIMUM position control signal to drive the
actuator to the fully OPEN position (direct acting mode). Attach a DMM
to terminals 11 (-), and 12 (+) and set to match the DIP switch setting in
step 4 (above). Adjust trimmer VR51 to achieve 20.0mA or 10.0vdc.
11. Generate a MINIMUM position control signal to drive the actuator
to the fully CLOSED position (direct acting mode). Adjust trimmer VR2
fi rst clockwise 3~ 6 turns or 3 ~ 6 turns counterclockwise until the RED
LED just comes on and stays on.
12. Now generate a MAXIMUM position control signal to drive the
actuator to the fully OPEN position (direct acting mode). Adjust trimmer
VR1 fi rst counterclockwise 3~ 6 turns or 3 ~ 6 turns clockwise until the
GREEN LED just comes on and stays on.
Calibration is now complete. Reattach mid position spacer ring, 4
bottom screws and fi nally the top cover.
9. Apply power to the actuator and generate a MINIMUM position
control signal to drive the actuator to the fully CLOSED position (direct
acting mode). Attach a DMM to terminals 11 (-), and 12 (+) and set to
match the DIP switch setting in step 4 (above). Adjust trimmer VR52
to achieve 4.0mA or 2.0vdc.

8. Place hex wrench in the #3 cam set screw, loosen and move cam
back clockwise and then counterclockwise into the switch until the
switch “clicks”. Then move 1 degree further into the switch and snug
up on the set screw. This will assure the aux switch will “trip” before
the actuator reaches it’s end of travel.
