1. Open the back pin (5) and insert the 

sander sheet edge so it is centered 

and aligned with base.

2. Close back pin and place base on 

flat surface, pressing the sheet.

3. Open front pin (5.1) , then with the 

rest of sander sheet wrap front base 

and insert sheet into front pin.

4. Close tip and check that the sander 

sheet is properly aligned and tense 

against the base and that it is fully 

covered.

Abrasive paper (for sanding):

1. Only use good quality abrasive 

paper, which will increase performance 

and will allow shorter task.

2. Use abrasive papers of grain -40 

-60 or -80 for removing important 

quantity of material.

3. Use grain 120 for finish operations.

4. Replace sandier sheet if it was 

worn, blocked or damaged.

Note: Sander sheets and base 

cushion are consumable items.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING:

Warning! 

Unplug the tool before any adjustment, 

service or maintenance.

This electric tool does not require 

lubrication or special maintenance.

1. If the cable got damaged, it should 

be replaced by the manufacturer, 

service  agent  or  qualified  person  in 

order to prevent risk of electric shock.

2. Keep safety devices, ventilations 

and engine casing as dust free as 

possible.

3. Empty and clean filter bag frequently.

4. Clean the tool periodically with a 

wet cloth and neutral soap only.

5. Do not use cleaners or solvents, 

these may attack plastic parts.

6. Prevent inlet of any liquid, do not 

submerge any part of the tool.

7.  Never  use  inflammable  or 

combustible solvents near an electric 

tool.
