Installation
Positioning the appliance in the “appliance mounting room”
1. Identify the area on the opposite side of the wall from the approximate mounting location.
2. Verify that you have an area of empty wall cavity, using a stud finder.
3. Cut a 6” x 6” square hole with a keyhole saw, so that you can verify that there is not electrical or
plumbing in the way and so that you can get the drill inside the wall cavity.
4. Working from within the 6” square, drill a pilot hole through the front wall surface, with the ½”
drill bit.
5. Mount the appliance on the wall normally, with the top of the appliance six to eight inches below
the bottom of the 6” square hole.
