Don’t- 

Use sharp edged objects such as knives or forks to remove any ice.

Use hairdryers, or electrical appliances for defrosting only use item 

recommended by the manufacturer. 

Cleaning your refrigerator 

Turn the Thermostat control to “OFF” position then remove the mains plug from the

wall socket, open the door and remove all the contents to a cool place remove the

shelf.

Wipe the inside surface with a warm water and bicarbonate of soda solution. The

solution should be about 2 tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda to 2 pints of water.

Wash the shelf and tray with a mild detergent solution.

Wring excess water out of the sponge or cloth when cleaning area of the controls.

Wash the outside cabinet with warm and mild liquid detergent. Rinse well and wipe

dry with a clean soft cloth.

Reversing the door 

If you require the door to open from the other direction 
Follow the procedures described below . 

1.

 

Turn off and unplug the appliance from the mains supply. 

2.

 

Remove the screw from the top hinge cover and lift the cover from the hinge. 

3.

 

Remove the three screws from the top hinge and remove the hinge 

4.

 

Remove the door and remove the blanking cap from the door and place into the 
other side of the door. 

5.

 

Unscrew the hinge shaft from the bottom hinge and transfer to the other hole. 

6.

 

Remove the two screws from the bottom hinge and remove the hinge. 

7.

 

Transfer the two screws into the holes left by the removed hinge. 

8.

 

Refit the hinge to the other side and secure firmly. 

9.

 

Prise out the two blanking caps and fit to the other side. 

10. Refit the door onto the hinge shaft and close the door. 
11. Insert the top hinge into the door and replace the three screws into the 

corresponding holes. 

12. Fit the top hinge cover and check that the door seals and closes correctly 
13. Reconnect the appliance to the mains supply.
