Condensation appears on the outside of the larder fridge

This may be due to a change in the room temperature. Wipe off any residue of moisture.

Noises

You may hear some unusual noises from time to time this is quite normal. Do not attempt to
repair your larder fridge yourself contact the store from were you purchased this appliance.

The fridge does not cool sufficiently

If the door has been opened too often, or it has been left open for a while it will take time for
the fridge to reach its set temperature.
Check the airflow over the rear of the fridge has not been reduced due to insufficient
clearance.

The following characteristics should not be looked upon as a problem:

A gentle trickling sound caused by 

refrigerant

 flowing through the pipe.

Compressor operating for long periods due to high ambient temperatures.

Prolonged idle periods

If you are going to leave the fridge idle for any period of time, proceed as follows:
Disconnect the fridge from the mains supply by removing the plug from the wall socket.
Clean and dry the inside as instructed under the heading of cleaning the fridge.
Leave the door open to prevent any smells from building up while the fridge is not in use.

Replacing the light bulb (Light bulb not part of warranty)

Before carrying out the bulb replacement always disconnect the electrical supply.

Remove the top shelf and the bulb cover.

The Internal light is located behind the Thermostat Control Dial panel.

Remove the old bulb by unscrewing in an anti-clockwise direction.

Replace with a new bulb (

10W E14 base

) by screwing it in a clockwise direction 

making

 sure that it is secure in the bulb holder and replace the bulb cover.

Replace the top shelf and re-connect your larder fridge to the electrical supply.
