Food packages are blocking the
lid Arrange the packages in the right
way, see the sticker in the appli-
ance
The lid is difficult to open The lid gaskets are dirty or sticky Clean the lid gaskets
The valve is blocked Check the valve
It is too warm in the
freezer The temperature is not set cor-
rectly. Set a lower temperature
