Fastening the installation brackets
Each cooker top is provided with an
installation kit including brackets and
screws for fastening the top to the
worktop.
Turn the hob upside down and fasten
the brackets “A” which can be
connected to the hob in two different
positions
depending
on the worktop
thickness as shown in figures 2 t
o
4
to the appropriate
screw
holes,
without tightening the screws “B” for
the moment.
Fastening the cooker top
Spread the sealing material “C”
around the worktop hole, making
sure that the junctions overlap at the
corners.
Insert the hob into the hole and
position it correctly. (Fig 1)
Adjust the position of the brackets
“A” and tighten screws “B” to
fix
the
hob firmly in position (Fig 2-4)
Carefully trim away the excess
sealing
material from around the hob.
Installation in kitchen
cabinet
with
door
(Figure 5)
The distance between the bottom of the
hob and the cabinet top should be at
least 60mm. If this space cannot be
achieved, it is recommended that a
heat resistant board be installed below
the hob.
