You can turn off the kettle at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button.
NOTE: Use the kettle only when the lid is closed and the filter is in place.
Keep Warm Function
You can activate the keep warm function with any temperature setting.
Press the keep warm button and the keep warm indicator light will illuminate.
To deactivate the function, press the button again.
NOTE: The keep warm function will switch off automatically after 30 minutes. All
indicator lights will go out.

CLEANING
AND DESCALING
Always unplug the appliance from the mains socket and allow it to cool down before
cleaning.
Do not use chemical, steel wool or abrasive cleaner to clean the appliance.
Clean the outside of the kettle and the power base using a damp cloth.
Remove the filter on the lid. Clean it under running water and then replace it.
Descaling the kettle
1.
Fill the kettle with water up to 1.5L level and add a small amount of white vinegar
and
leave the solution overnight.
2.
Empty the solution from the kettle. Wipe off the deposits with damp cloth.
3.
Fill the kettle with clean water, bring to boil and then discard the water. Repeat
before using again.
4.
Repeat the procedure if there is still some scale in the kettle.
