4. TrANSporT
4.1 packaging
The way of transport is also a main aspect for the way of packaging. If not agreed differently the pa-
ckaging conforms to the packaging regulations HPE (Timber Packaging, Pallets, Export Packaging),
which have been defined by the German Association of Timber, Pallets, Export Packaging e.V. and from
the German Association of Machine Construction Institute.
The graphical symbols on the packaging are to be followed.
4.2 Self-destructive grade
The self-destructive grade conforms to the transport conditions.
It should be aimed for to transport the stone cutting machine as complete as possible, which is stan-
dard. Should the stone cutting machine still need to be destructed then the self-destructive grade can
be taken from the exploded drawing-No. (see IM „Technical Data“or „Enclosure“).
4.3 Sensibility
To avoid damages due to violent exposure or careless loading great care is to be taken by the transport
of the stone cutting machine.
Depending on the way and time of transport special transport insurances are necessary.
Condensation build-up due to high temperature changes as well as knocks and strong impacts are to
be avoided during transport.
4.4 Interim storage
Should the stone cutting machine not be build up or taken into use straight after delivery it needs to be
stored at a safe and dry place. There, it needs to be covered up properly so that no dust or moisture can
permeate. All powered parts are again to be covered with rust protection fat.
By a longer way of transport and an interim storage, the stone cutting machine is delivered with a
conservation of the bright worked parts, which will protect these parts for approx. 1 year. Should the
machine be stored beyond this period a re-conservation is to be performed (see IM „Start-up point 4“).
4. 5 Scope of delivery
The content of the colli is listed on a colli list, which is to be checked of its completeness by receipt of
the delivery. Possible transport damages and/or missing parts are to be reported immediately in writing
