FRONT PANEL
1. ON/OFF - Press this button to turn the M2 ON/OFF. (Rear Panel Audio Sense switch set to STANDBY.) When OFF, the button
backlight is OFF. To turn the unit ON, press the button. The ON/OFF button backlight and both Front Panel LEDs will illuminate
blue. The M2 will go through a power up sequence of about five seconds after which the amplifier will output audio to con-
nected speakers from a connected, playing audio source. To turn the unit OFF, press the button again. The audio signal will be
cut, the amp will turn off, the Front Panel LEDs and the ON/OFF button backlight will turn OFF.
2. FRONT PANEL LEDs - (Two multicolored LEDs) These LEDs illuminate blue when the M2 is connected to AC power and the
amplifier is ON. Both will illuminate even if there is no audio signal output from one channel, to indicate proper amplifier func-
tion. A specific channel LED will turn red if that channel has shut down due to thermal overload, short circuit or other improp-
er operating condition.
