OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put the food material you are going to stew in the inner pot, keep the soup or water at about
80% full. Clean thoroughly both the outside of the inner pot and inside of the Slow Cooker.
Place the inner pot inside the cooker. Then cover the lid on the pot.
2. Connect the power plug to power supply receptacle. The slow cooker is in Standby mode:
Function lamp “High” light ON and 4:00 flash on timer display.
3. Press “Function” key to set the function: High - Low - Keep warm.
4. Press up or down key to set the cooking time, from 3 hours to 12 hours.
5. Press “On/Off” key to start the slow cooker. The timer display light becomes ON, and starts to
count down. The Slow cooker heats up the food.
6. You can change the cooking function or cooking time during cooking, by press the “function”
key, up or down key.
7. While the cooking time count down to zero, a BEEP sound will be heard, and the slow
cooker will change to Keep warm mode automatically, function lamp changes to “Keep warm”,
and the timer display changes to 4:00 and starts to count down.
When the keep warm time
counts down to zero, the slow cooker will stop working and change to standby mode.
8. If you want to stop the slow cooker, press the “On/Off” key again, then the slow cooker will
stop cooking and change to standby mode immediately.
H2S feature:
If you think the food is not hot enough in Keep warm status, you can use the H2S to reheat the
food.
1. In Keep warm mode. Press the “Function” key to active the “H2S” function. The function
lamp “ H2S” will flash for 2 seconds, then light becomes ON. Timer display change to “0:30”
and counts down. The slow cooker starts to reheat the food.
2. While the reheat time count down to zero, the function lamp “H2S” will turn OFF, and the
timer display change back to keep warm time, and continue to count down.
3. If you want to stop H2S function, press the “function” key again, the function lamp “H2S” will
turn OFF. Then the slow cooker will change back to Keep warm mode.
6Qt cooking volume:
If you want to cook some food larger then
4Qt, you can use the expansion ring.
1. Put the food into the porcelain pot, and place
the expansion ring on the porcelain pot rim.
Then cover the lid on the expansion ring.
CAUTION: the food liquid can NOT exceed
80% of porcelain pot, otherwise the liquid will
overflow out of the porcelain pot during
cooking. This feature is only suitable for solid
food larger than 4Qt and do not exceed 6Qt.
2. After connect the unit to power supply. Press
“ ” key, and the 6Qt lamp will light ON. Now
the slow cooker cooking program is set to 6Qt
mode. If you want to change back to 4Qt,
press “ ” key again, and the 6Qt lamp will
light OFF, and the slow cooker cooking
program is set to 4Qt mode.
3. Follow the steps mentioned above to cook your food.
