Mount the horse-shoe on the rod and secure
it with the knob. Mounting the dovetail base
plate requires a horse-shoe mount first.
After inserting the screws, secure it with an
Allen key and insert the bolt of 3/8”-16
screws from the bottom of the dovetail plate
as shown in the image.

Setup
For direct camera mounting, slide the C-100
camera
(Not included)
onto the dovetail plate
and press the lever to secure the camera
properly.
For fluid head camera mounting, mount the
fluid head
(Not included)
on the dovetail base
plate and secure it with the knob.
Note:
Proaim fluid head comprises a sliding
camera platform, optimizing tilt control. The
sturdy knob stiffens the tilt mechanism to help
stop the camera from tipping backward or
forwards when using a heavy lens.
Mount the dovetail base plate onto the
horse-shoe, insert the 2 x (¼”x ¾”) screws
aligning the plate and horse-shoe mount
threads.
Note:
Proaim Dovetail Mount Base Plate is
designed for Camera Carts. It instantly attaches
to horse-shoe mount.
Mount the dovetail tripod plate on the
dovetail base plate and secure it properly
using a screwdriver.
Note:
The Dovetail Tripod Plate is a 10" ARRI
standard plate with safety catches on each end.
