INSTALLATION

Simple cable-based IR extender solution that allows you to transmit IR signals
to additional out of sight AV sources; operate your media centre with one remote
control.
OVERVIEW
•
Connect the IR receiver to either one of the
female jack sockets on the USB repeater
cable.
•
Connect the IR emitter to the other female
jack socket on the USB repeater cable.
•
Connect the USB repeater cable to a USB
power source (a TV or other equipment or a
mains power adapter).
•
Locate the IR receiver near the source
device and in sight of the remote control.
•
Locate the IR emitter close to the source
equipment so the emitted signal can be
received by the equipments IR receiver.
•
Once tested and operating correctly the IR
receiver and emitter can be fixed in place
using adhesive tape.
