If the oven is equipped with the steam, the same can be used in any type of program.
5.8.1 TURNING ON STEAM
Before turning the steam generator on make sure it is connected to the water system.
To turn the steam generator on for the first time, turn the 0-1 switch placed on the back
of the oven.
If the "enable steam" to paragr.5.10 of "maintenance" setting is ON, the control boad
will activate the water heating up phase.
The key flashes during this operation and it will not be possible to steam injection
while flashing.
The first load of water will take about 8-10 minutes to heat up.
The steam will be ready when the button will light steadily, at this point the steam
injection can be done in 2 ways:
1. In manual mode, the steam inlet is regulated by the button pressure duration
(max.12 sec.)
2. Steam Inlet can be fully programmed following the insrtuctions at paragraph 5.5.1
5.8.2 ALARMS
The lack of water in the steamer is signaled by an audible sound from the rear of the
oven. (Possible causes: closed water tap, clogging water inlet)
5.8.3 SUGGESTIONS
When you finish using the oven it is advisable to empty the steamer to prevent lime
deposits. In order to empty all residual water from the steamer do the following
procedure: bring to "0", the 0-1 switch on the back of the oven. Press and hold the
button until complete emptying of steam. Turn off the oven.
