Hardware:
You will need:
STEP 1
Slide the 3” Wheel Bolt through the wheel (from the
outside)(Fig 1). Place three washers on the bolt
on the inside of the wheel (Fig 2). Make sure the
rounded edges of the washers are on the outer sides.
Add the wheel to the outside of the Base (Fig 3)
with the wheel nuts. Be sure to put the bolt through
the top hole on the base. Tighten nut using the 9/16
wrench while holding the bolt with the 3/4” wrench
(Fig 4). Repeat the process to attach the second
wheel to the opposite side.
STEP 2
Place one of the Uprights on top of the Base, aligning
the two holes on the Uprights to the holes on the
base. Before adding the 2” Bolts, make sure the
long extensions on the Uprights are facing the same
direction as the Base legs as shown in Fig. 5.
Insert the 2” Bolts and attach the washers and nuts at
the bottom of the base. Tighten and secure nuts.
Repeat for the second Upright.
STEP 3
Align the Top Rack holes to the top of the two
Uprights and corresponding holes. Place 1 3/4”
Bolts into each hole and attach the washers and
nuts from the bottom of the Top Rack. Tighten
and secure nuts.
Using the Zip-Tie, add the Product Placement
Card that shows where product is placed on the
