CAUTION:

•  If using the appliance to puree hot food in cookware,

remove cookware from the heat source to ensure the

liquid is not boiling. Never use in cookware over direct

heat. Allow hot food to cool slightly to avoid risk of

 scalding.
•  Make sure the cookware is on a stable, flat surface

and support it with your free hand.
•

Do not

let the Immersion Blender sit in a hot pan

on the stovetop when not in use.
•

Do not

tap Masher Attachment on the side of the

  cookware during or after use.
•

Do not

 operate without food or liquid.

WHISK ATTACHMENT

Use the Whisk Attachment for whipping cream, dressings, sauces, and eggs. It is

NOT

 intended

to be used as an electric mixer with dough or thick batters.

ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION

•  Connect the 2-piece Whisk Attachment to the Blender Motor

and turn clockwise until it locks into position, using the locked

and unlocked icons as a guide. Plug into outlet. Whisk features

a connector attachment that is required for use with the

Blender. Whisk will not work without the connector.
•  Place Whisk into the mixture inside of the beaker or deep bowl.
•  Turn the appliance on by pressing and holding the speed

I

button, and adjust as necessary with the speed control dial.

  Switch to TURBO if desired.
•  For best results, use speed

I

 at the beginning and increase

the speed by adjusting the dial as your food approaches the

desired consistency. Move the Whisk in a clockwise direction.
•

Do not

use Whisk for more than 2 minutes to prevent the

  motor from overheating.
•  To prevent splattering, use Whisk in the provided beaker or

  deep bowl.
•  Always use fresh, chilled cream to achieve better, more

stable whipped cream volume when whisking.
•  After use, unplug the appliance and remove the Whisk Attachment.
