Individual Channel Programming (Multi-Display Timers)

Timer Programming

1

To program the timer, all timing channels must be idle with each display
showing either one or three sets of dashes and all LEDs turned off. A
single set of dashes is shown to program Menu 1 and three sets of
dashes are shown to program Menu 2.

3

Momentarily pressing a channel’s button enables the parameter-
programming mode for that channel. After a channel has been
selected, its associated display will show

, and its timing

cycle value, end of cycle label information and action alarm time
information will be displayed above or below it.

In the closest display to either the right or left of the selected
channel, a “C” will be displayed indicating that Programing of a
timing cycle period is active.

Use the UP and DOWN arrow buttons to modify the value of the
enabled parameter. When either the timing cycle value or action
alarm time value are programmed, pressing the UP arrow button
will increase the value and pressing the DOWN arrow button will
decrease the value. Each time the UP or DOWN arrow button is
pressed the timing value increases or decreases by one count.

NOTE: If either button is pressed and held, the timing value
begins to increase or decrease automatically with the change
rate increasing as long as the button is held.

When the time value is in minutes:seconds (M:S) the LED for the
selected channel will be off. After 59:59 the LED will come on
and now the time value displayed is in hours:minutes (H:M).

2

Entering Programming Mode

Press and hold the PRINCE CASTLE LOGO button for 6-8 seconds to
enter the Programming Mode. The display changes to “Prog” and all
channel LEDs turn red.

4

While in Channel Parameter Programming Mode, pressing the
channel button next to a parameter (timing value, end-of-cycle
name or action alarm time) enables the programming of that
parameter for the selected channel.

6

When the desired time Period Value has been selected, press
the button of the channel being programmed to proceed to the
next part of the programming sequence, Programming the Alert
Time.

NOTE: To exit the programming sequence for the channel
without saving any changes, press the PRINCE CASTLE LOGO
button.
