1.   Check if the appliance outer suction or seal ring 

are loose or not assembled, If yes, tighten or 
change them.

NOTE: If the appliance has not been used for a 
long time or is new, the battery power may be weak. 
Please fully charge before use.

1.   Check whether the LED indicator of the unit lights 

up. If not, check if the unit and the charge stand 
have a bad contact. you can use a dry cloth to 
mop the silver conductor plates of the unit.

2.   Check the mobile charger’s rating, if the output 

current is below 2a, please use correct one.

1.   Make sure, if the LED indicator lights up during 

charging, if not, check if the vacuum sealer and 
charger are connected.

2.   If the LED indicator lights up during charging, 

make sure the charging time is sufficient.

Bag is not sealed, open up the seal, wipe clean 
and close again.

2.   Replace the zip bag, make sure the valve is clean.

3.   Extend the vacuuming time.

4.  Change bag as there may be a hole in the bag.

NOTE::We recommend you to use the vacuum bags 
designed specifically for use with this appliance to 
achieve perfect vacuum performance.
