Local Directory
The built-in phone directory stores the names and phone numbers of your contacts. You
can store up to 2000 contacts in the phone's local directory. There are only one default
groups in the local directory: All contacts. You can add new groups and add new
contacts to different groups in the local directory. You can also call, delete or search
for a contact in the local directory.
Adding Contacts
To add a new group to the local directory manually:
1.
Press the
Directory
soft key.
2.
Press the
Group Manager
soft key.
3.
Press the
Add
New Group
soft key.
4.
Enter the name in the
Group Name
field.
5.
Press the
Save Group
soft key to accept the change or the
Back
soft key to cancel.
6.
Tap to return to the idle screen.
To add a contact to the local directory manually:
1.
Press the
Directory
soft key.
2.
Press the
soft key.
3.
Enter the
Name
and the
Office
,
Mobile
or
Family
numbers in the corresponding
fields.
4.
Tap the pull-down list of
->Gallery or Camera
and then select the desired
photo.
