Notes on Installing Expansion Cards

Notes on Array Configuration

When installing an expansion card slot module in the server blade with internal hard disk units used in

the array configuration, you cannot use the array (RAID) mode for the remaining internal hard disk unit.

Before installing the expansion card slot module, start the SCSI Setup Utility, use "8.3.7 RAID

Properties Submenu" (

pg.225)of SCSI port A to change the set value of [Array Disk?] from [Yes] to

[No], and reinstall the OS.
