When ordering replacement parts, please specify the model number found stamped on the bottom of the Canner body.
Any maintenance required for this Canner, other than that described in the “Cleaning” and “General Maintenance” sections (pages 4–5)
should be performed by our Factory Service Department. Be sure to indicate date of purchase and description of the problem when send-
ing Canner for repair.
