5 Rules of storage, transportation and disposal
Transportation of the product is possible by all modes of transport at any distance. The device and
its accessories must be in their original packaging during shipment.
Similar requirements of the applicable regulations apply to the conditions of storage of the device
in the supplier's warehouse.
In accordance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)* regulations, all electrical
and electronic products must be collected separately at the end of their service life and cannot be
disposed of together with unsorted municipal waste.
Parts of unusable devices must be separated and sorted by material type. Proper collection,
recycling, and disposal of these devices will help avoid potential environmental and health impacts
from the harmful substances they contain.
The device must be handed over to a local recycling facility for disposal. Disposal is carried out in
accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the respective country.
For more information about recycling this unit, contact your household waste disposal service.
If the user cannot deliver the device for disposal to a specialized collection and recycling facility, it
can also be handed over to a building and hardware store, the local department of the Ministry of
Emergency Situations, or a similar institution.
* Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, or WEEE, means used electrical or electronic equipment, including all
components, assemblies, consumables that are part of the equipment at the time it is taken out of service (including
supplied batteries/rechargeable batteries (if any), components containing mercury, etc.).
