Send a message
1. On the Home screen or list menu, t ap .
2. Ta p to st a rt composing a new mess a ge.
3. Use the following metho d s to add recipients:
- Enter a phone number.

4. Enter the text mess a ge in the text box.
5. Ta p to add picture/vi d eo/ aud io/sli d eshow if you w a n � o sen d a n MMS mess a ge.
6. Ta p to sen d the mess a ge.
T here is a limit on the number of ch a r a cters for a single text mess a ge ( d ispl a ye d a bove
the sen d bu � on). If you excee d the limit, your text mess a ge will be d elivere d a s one but
will be bille d a s more th a n one mess a ge.
Check your message
Depe nd ing on your no �fi c a� on se � ngs, your t a blet pl a ys a so und , vibr a tes, or d ispl a ys the
mess a ge brie fl y in the st a tus b a r when you receive a new mess a ge. A new mess a ge icon is a lso
d ispl a ye d in the st a tus b a r. Incoming mess a ges a re groupe d into mess a ge thre ad s by cont a ct.
• Open the no �fi c a� ons p a nel, a n d then t a p the new mess a ge no �fi c a� on.
• Go to the mess a ges a pp a n d open the mess a ge.
Reply to a message
1. On the mess a ges screen, t a p a cont a ct (or phone number) to d ispl a y the exch a nge of mess a ges
with th a t cont a ct.
2. In the text box, enter your mess a ge.
3. Ta p to sen d the mess a ge.
Forward or delete a message
1. On the mess a ges screen, t a p a cont a ct (or phone number) to view the exch a nge of mess a ges
with th a t cont a ct.
2. Ta p a n d hol d a mess a ge.
3. In the pop-up wi nd ow ( Message op � ons ), select Forward or Delete .
Delete a conversation
1. On the Home screen or list menu, t ap .
2. T he mess a ges screen is d ispl a ye d .
3. Ta p a n d hol d a cont a ct or phone number.
