Maintenance
CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT
-
Turn off the water supply to the faucet .

Take off the plastic temperature indicator (1) by hand, then use the hex key to remove the set screw (2) and pull the handle
body (3) off.

Unscrew the decorative cap (4) and retaining nut (5), making sure not to damage the threads.

Pull out the cartridge (6) and replace it with a new ceramic cartridge.

Reinstall the retaining nut (5) making sure the cartridge (6) is properly seated within the faucet body (7).

Reinstall the decorative cap (4) and tighten gently by hand.

Reinstall the handle body (3) and lock it in place using the hex key and the set screw (2). Do not over tighten.

Reinstall the temperature indicator (1) into the handle body (3) making sure the red is on the left and the blue is on the right.

Turn the water supply to the faucet back on .
-
Operate the faucet to make sure everything works correctly and check for leaks .
