RADIO OPERATION
(9) BAND SELECTION
At tuner mode, press the
BND
button

shortly to select the desired band. The
reception band will change in the following order:
FM1
FM2
FM3
AM
(10) LOCAL/DISTANT
Press the
LOC
button

to switch to reception of the local station with strong signals
or distant station with weak signals. The unit is initially set to distance mode. Press
the button to switch into local mode and
LCD
will indicate
“LOC”
. Press it again to
release the mode.
Note: This function effect during
AUTOSEEK
or
AMS
is operating.
(11) STATION SELECTION
- Manual Tune Up/Down
Press and hold
TUN/SEEK/TRACK

or
TUN/SEEK/TRACK

for
several seconds for manual tuning frequency upward or downward to next station
with a strong signal.
- Seek Tune Up/Down
Repeatedly press
TUN/SEEK/TRACK
(11)
or
TUN/SEEK/TRACK
(11)
for
auto tuning frequency upward or downward in order to substitute the seek function
in the weakest reception stations.
(12) MONO/STEREO
At FM band, press the
MO/ST
button

to set the reception between mono mode
and stereo mode. In stereo mode, when stereo broadcasting station is received, the
“ST”
indicator will appear upon the display.
(13) STATION STORING
Press any one of the
Preset buttons (13) (M1~M6)
to select a station which had been
stored in the memory. Press this button for several seconds, current station is stored
into the number button.
