Step 9:
Attach Tassels. Use the clip at the top of the tassel and attach it to the tail connection tab located below the leading edge on
both sides of the kite.

Step 10:
Attach the tail to the kite. Tie a knot in the tail’s connection loop. Next, make a lark’s head knot (Diagram I) with the tail
connection string on the end of the kite.to attach the tail to the kite.

FLIGHT INSTRUCTIONS:
-Attach flying line to Tow Loop.
-Have a friend stand about 75 ft. downwind from you and hold the kite with its Leading Edge pointed towards the sky.
-As the wind catches the kite, signal your friend to release it while you bring in the line with long steady pulls.
-Slowly let out more line as the kite flies upward.
