1.
Ensure filter is unpacked and installed before operation.
(Refer to Installation Instructions Section).
Best performance:
We recommend that you operate your air cleaner 24 hours a day
because indoor air can be quickly contaminated by activity in a
room, for example outside air, smoking, and other air pollutants.
While the air cleaner will not process all the air in a room, the
more air circulated through your air purifier, the more filtered air
returned to the room. Portable air cleaners will be much more
effective in rooms where all doors and windows are closed.
However, for best performance the air outlet slot should be kept
clear, at least 1 metre (three feet) in all directions.
2.
Insert the main’s plug into a suitable power socket, checking
first that the household voltage matches the voltage stated
on the product rating plate.
3.
Press the FAN button to turn your air cleaner ON. The fan
will start at HIGH speed. Press the FAN button again to
select LOW speed. To turn the air purifier OFF press the
FAN button again.
4.
Press the IONISER button to turn on the IONIC purification
mode, the IONISER light is now lit. Press the IONISER
button again to turn OFF this function. REMEMBER you can
use the IONIC purification mode with the fan OFF for silent
filtration.
IMPORTANT: if the Collector Plates are not refitted
correctly your Air Purifier will not start. If your Air
Purifier fails to start check the fitting of the Collector
Plates first.
IMPORTANT: your IONIC Air Purifier produces a
stream of ION charged air in order to silently filter all
the air in your room. If placed too closely to a TV or
Radio it may cause some interference. We
recommend that your IONIC Air Purifier is placed at
least 2 metres from a TV or Radio.
MAIN FEATURES
1. Purification function:
This purifier is equipped with an odour filter system, which
consists of an activated carbon filter. This Air Purifier uses
stainless steel collection plates in conjunction with ION generators
to remove airborne pollutants and irritants from the air silently and
without filters. The purification system can eliminate smoke and
odours, absorb and decompose harmful bacteria in the air, thus
reducing air pollution and
improving air quality in the home. An
ION generator draws air into your Air Purifier where it is further
attracted to the stainless steel collector plates and the dust and
particles are trapped. Clean air is thus pushed out of your air
purifier helping to create a circulation of air within your room.
2. Negative ion function:
Negative ions are discharged to combine with dust, bacteria and
mildew in the air, and remove them.
3. Fan Boost:
You can use the fan boost to clear a room when you first start
your Ionic air purifier, after a period of non use or to boost odour
removal through the activated charcoal filter.

has diminished. For replacement filters contact our Help Desk on

COLLECTOR PLATE CLEANING
IMPORTANT: Switch off and unplug your Air Purifier before
removing the Collector Plates.
Hold the handle on the top of your Air Purifier and pull the
assembly upwards.
Wipe the stainless steel plates clean with a soft dry cloth or a
neutral detergent if necessary. Ensure that the Collector Plates
are dry before refitting and using your Air Purifier.
NOTE: If you do not clean the Collector Plates regularly you
will notice the occasional noise coming from your Ionic Air
Purifier. This is perfectly normal and will stop once the
plates have been wiped clean.
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: SWITCH OFF AND DISCONNECT
FROM POWER SUPPLY BEFORE SERVICING
1.
To clean the unit use a soft cloth to wipe off any dust. If the
unit is very dirty use a damp cloth. Do not use any cleaning
detergents, sprays or any other chemicals as these will
damage the unit. Ensure no water enters into the machine.
2.
Replace the Charcoal Filter when you notice that the
Charcoal Filter is no longer removing the smells or after 9 to
12 months.
3.
Do not use your unit in areas where there is thick dust or
smoke, as this will damage the filter.
