14.  Avoid the use of an extension cable as this may overheat and cause

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Ensure the heater is placed on a flat and level surface. If the unit is knocked 
over or not on a level surface the 360degree safety tip-over switch will 
operate and the heater will not work. Never use the heater on chairs, beds or 
other soft / unstable surfaces.

• Check the unit is in the off position and plug into the power socket. 
• Set the thermostat dial to the maximum temperature. 

Stand 

• The fan heater will switch on when the function selector is set to one of the    
  three power settings. 
• Once the room reaches the required temperature, the heating element will   
  stop working but fan keeps working .Once the temperature decreases the   
  heating element will start working again.  
  The heater now starts and stops automatically and thus keeps the 
  room temperature constant. 

 
Always switch off and unplug from the power socket when not in use.
