1        wave washer

1        spacer

1        end cap 

1        M12 x 35 mm FHCS

Tool: Hex wrench, 10 mm

Slide handlebars        and hardware onto shaft as shown. 

Align arrows on 

handlebars and frame 

to ensure handlebars are on correctly.

Align hole in end cap with the shaft pin and secure the handlebars.

1        M10 x 25 mm SHCS

Tool: Hex wrench, 8 mm

Turn and center handlebars on shaft and secure.

Remove all arrow labels.

Tool: Socket wrench ½-inch with extension

Align the back plate        to the seat base frame       . Place the seat      
pad        over the plate and align the 

front

 holes. Secure the seat 

pad through the plate and frame.
