You can change the target heart rate, but doing so affects how
well your target heart rate remains in the preferred zone. It takes
time to readjust the resistance so that your heart rate remains on
target.
If you wish to quit the Basic HRC Program, you can make a
mid-session transfer to another program, but you cannot return
or transfer mid-session to the Basic HRC Program.
A cool down period is automatically added to the end of the
program.
If you are having difficulty with the heart rate features, talk to your
fitness facility manager.
Weight Loss Program
The Weight Loss Program, available by pressing the WEIGHT
LOSS key, provides a program targeted at lowering body fat while
improving muscle tone and conditioning.
The workout time is fixed at 28 minutes and consists of seven
4-minute intervals. You are not prompted for a workout time.
Use the RESISTANCE keys to change the resistance for the rest or
work intervals. When you make changes, the program repeats the
settings for the remaining intervals. On the 532i, you can use the
CROSSRAMP keys to change the ramp incline.
The display lets you know when the resistance levels are about to
change.
Note:
You cannot transfer mid-session to the Weight Loss
Program.
