During operation, to increase the length of the cutting line, stop and

re-start the trimmer line. Each time the trimmer is started and stopped
the line will feed out approx 10mm.

NOTE: The line automatic feeding system works only when the product is
switched on.

USING THE PROTECTOR

The trimmer is fitted with a wire protector. To protect small plants from the rotating cutting line. The
protector limits how close the head of the trimmer can go to objects when the protector is in the lower
position. To use the protector fold it down so that its horizontal, this keeps the line a safe distance from
the end of the protector and helps prevent damage of small plants and trees from the line.

Note:

Always disconnect the appliance from power source the trimmer before carrying out any

maintenance or making any adjustments to the line trimmer.

ADJUSTING THE MOTOR HOUSING ANGLE FOR TRIMMER OR LAWN EDGING

WARNING:

The PS8212 is designed to offer both trimming and edging function. To
switch from trimming to edging, you pull the edger function switch
backward (K) on the tool, and firmly holding the front handle (C) in other
one hand and turn the tube to the left according to your need.
