Attach the plastic covers (11 L+R) to the lower swing bars (13 L+R) with the self-tapping screws M4*15
(7).
Attach the plastic cover (73) to the handlebar post (72) with the self-tapping screws M4*15 (7).
Attach the handlebar (85) with two coated Allen bolts M8*20 (10) and two curved washers (5). Do
not tighten the bolts fully.
Step 6: Computer assembly
Remove the four pre-mounted screws (79) at the rear side of the computer (1).
Connect the upper computer cable (82) with the computer (1).
Next, mount the computer (1) on the bracket of the handlebar with the four removed screws (79).
Attach the hand pulse cable (80) in the hole at the rear side of the computer (1).
Step 7:
Make sure all parts are attached correctly and fully tighten all bolts, nuts and screws.
MAINTENANCE AND USE
• This device requires a regular check-up to prevent physical injury. This means that bolts and nuts
should be frequently checked for cracks and sharp edges etc.
• Defective components must be replaced immediately. If this is not possible, the device must be
put out of order until the necessary repairs have been made.
• Clean only with a damp cloth, do not use solvent cleaners.
• This product is intended for use in clean, dry conditions. You should avoid storage in excessively
cold or damp places as this may lead to corrosion and other related problems.
