to help you assemble the product.
1. Place the base

on the
ground (see Fig. H).
2. Put the side rails onto the base

in such a way that the mounting
holes of the side rails and the
base are aligned.
3. Insert the hexagonal bolt

through the mounting holes.
4. Fix the screws with the nuts
provided.
ATTENTION!
The following points are to
be examined before using
the telescopic ladder:
Check that the side rails / legs
(upright parts) are not bent,
curved, distorted, dented, cracked,
corroded or decaying.
Check that the fixation points with
other parts on the side rails / legs
are in good condition.
Check that fastenings (usually
rivets, screws, bolts) are not
missing or loose or corroded.
Check that the side rails / legs /
traverses are not missing or loose,
worn down, corroded or dam-
aged.
Check that the locking mecha-
nisms and locking indicators
function correctly and that the
rung elements lock correctly.
Check that no rubber feet are
missing or loose, worn down,
corroded or damaged.
Check that the ladder is free
from contamination (i.e. dirt,
paint, oil or grease).
If any of the examinations described
above produces an unsatisfactory re-
sult you should
NOT
use the ladder!
Using the ladder

If you use the ladder incorrectly,
you could injure yourself or other
people.
Only get onto the ladder if:
•
you have set it up correctly in a
suitable location and according
to the instructions,
• are wearing sturdy shoes,
•
have carefully read and under-
stood all the information in the
chapter “safety“.
Ensure before use that the lock-
ing devices of the ladder function
and that all pulled out segments
